Dear Chef Lisa,

I am so glad that we happened to be in Fullerton yesterday. I am a cupcake fanatic (I made my husband turn the car around when we spotted the truck) and have been trying to find the best cupcakes in Orange County. I have followed cupcake blogs, the best of OC recommendations, Yelp – you name it, I\’ve tried it. I have been hunting for real cupcakes since having good cupcakes from the Cupcakery in Las Vegas. Your cupcakes are better than theirs!!!! (That\’s saying a lot because their cupcakes are so good that I would put up with their bakery\’s high prices and horrible service).

Your cakes are moist and have just the right amount of sweetness – and you can tell they are fresh!!!! In OC, there are a ton of the fancy cupcakes that look great – but taste horrible. I\’ve been looking for quality – and I\’ve found it!!!! I have been \”talking\” about you on Facebook since yesterday and my friends all know that I\’m a cupcake fanatic…so you\’d be surprised how many posts were added to my status update.

By the way, the gentleman who sold the cupcakes to me yesterday was such a nice guy – patient and friendly. I used to travel to Vegas just to buy my cupcakes. The Cupcakery in Vegas became so popular that their employees started to act very put out by their customers – very bad service (which people started Yelping about – including myself). I\’m so glad that I no longer have to go to Vegas for awesome cupcakes AND your employees are NICE!!!!!
